How do I return items to Hobby Lobby?
Hobby Lobby accepts in-store returns within 90 days of purchase, provided the purchase total does not exceed $250 (Christmas trees, furniture, and wall decor are exempt from this limitation). Can you order online and pick up in-store at Hobby Lobby?
Currently, Hobby Lobby does not offer online orders with the option to pick up the item at your local store. Instead, any items purchased online ship directly to your home and may incur shipping costs.
Can Hobby Lobby ship to my area?
Hobby Lobby ships its products anywhere within the contiguous United States (all states excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Hobby Lobby does not ship internationally at this time.
Can I buy less than a full spool of ribbon?
Some Hobby Lobby ribbons are sold by the yard, but many are sold by spool only. To be sure of your purchase, check the amount field for the item online. Items listed with “QTY" next to them are sold only by the spool, while items listed with “YDS" in the amount field are sold by the yard.
