JC Penney has a good selection of swimsuits discounted 50-80% right now: http://bit.ly/bMYO4t. I've also attached a coupon for free shipping on orders of $49 or more.

Tilly's is having a Buy One Get One free on all discounted items this weekend, and most swimwear is on sale. You can get a great bikini for about $15.

I love Athleta swimwear. They are good quality and can be on the pricier side, so I always try to buy when things go on sale...they are having a 60% off sale right now and tons of cute swimsuits are available. I'm a huge fan of Victoria's Secret swimsuits. The Beach Sexy line is hot and fits well. Bikini tops start at $24 and bottoms at $16. I seriously have 5 different bikinis from here. Love them. Happy shopping.

I'm a big fan of Lands' End for quality/durability (remember, it's "guaranteed, period" so they will replace if it fades/stretches/etc.), and they have a ton of suits in the Overstocks right now: http://www.landsend.com/ix/overstock-liq…

They nearly always have a free shipping offer going, too. Looks like through 9/15 you can use code CARDIGANXR with PIN 1024 for free shipping.
