We all know that nicotine is bad for you. Not only is it bad, it's extremely addictive. My grandmother was addicted to cigarettes and she would easily smoke a pack a day. It was disgusting and smelled horrible, but we put up with it because she was family. I wish she would have quit before she passed away.
Not only is smoking bad for your health, it also wastes tons of money. A pack of cigarettes on average costs around $5 to $10 depending on where you live. That adds up to $1,800 - $3,600 a year! Imagine what you could do with that extra cash. Maybe that's why
President Obama gave up cigarettes.
If you're looking to quit, here are a list of options.
