I love Fall. And I love
Halloween even more! And Fall
means it's nearly Halloween, so you can imagine my delight at seeing all the creepy crawlies coming out in stores near you. I'm already shopping for my
Halloween costume (
no clue what I should be yet, alas...) and have RSVP'ed to a party and signed up for the Halloween Trick-or-Treat at Disneyland (
yes, I am an adult).
So yeah, totally excited about this time of year and all the goodies that come with it, like cool fall weather, holidays like Halloween and Thanksgiving....and of course tiny monster plushies that pretend to eat your flesh.

How much are you willing to pay to stay safe in a dangerous city? $500? $5,000? $1,000,000???
What if I told you that you only need to pay $24.99 plus shipping? You'd probably throw me a parade. Or bake me a cake (
chocolate or red velvet, please, though I'm certainly not averse to an ice cream cake from DQ either...). Or maybe just bow down to me, because I have just provided you with the secret to safety.
Well, I've got news for you--I
am that awesome! Look no further than the
Batman Light Signal Key Chain from
ThinkGeek.

I don't know about you, but I loves me some Star Trek. I used to think it was just a crappy television show from way back when, but if you actually give it a chance it's a great social commentary. Of course, you have to look past the crazy shenanigans of Captain Kirk and Mr. Spock (
and I'm more a fan of Data from The Next Generation to be honest), the bad costumes and even cheaper props, but it really is a great show.
Even though you may not be able to literally beam up, you will definitely get a kick out of our wacky product of the week this week: the
Star Trek USB Communicator. Straight out of Starfleet and headed to a computer desk near you for a minimal $30 from
ThinkGeek.
