This fall has so many amazing fashion trends, it can be quite overwhelming. If you try to update your wardrobe to keep up with them, you could be in the poorhouse by the start of October.
I find the easiest (and most frugal!) way to update your closet each season is with a few choice accessories. While accessory updates are great for updating the wardrobe for less, they are also awesome because they take up little space. If the trend or your size changes, you can pack them away and bring them back when the fashion or your size returns!
The simple addition of a shoe, bag, or change to your cosmetic routine can completely transform your wardrobe basics, bringing you to the height of fashion for very little money.
Here are my choices for Fall 2011:

A heat wave has spread across much of the United States; while writing this I am hiding out in my house blasting the A/C and keeping the shades drawn. Us fashionistas, however, need to leave our homes for work, errands and of course having fun.
How do you stay cool in such weather while still looking stylish?

Money Saving Tips
Spring cleaning isn't just about tossing my "out-of-style" clothes or getting rid of old, expired food: I also clean out and reorganize my makeup. Proper storage and organization of makeup is important if you want to preserve the quality and shelf life of the product. Failure to do so causes makeup to degrade quicker, which can cost you money by having to constantly replace products. By cleaning up your makeup mess, you'll not only save space but be able to find what you need much faster when you're in a hurry.
Here are some pointers on how to save time and money by properly storing your makeup, as well as some inexpensive organization products:

It's only January, but I'm already wondering what the beauty trends will be this throughout this year. I was checking out the
2012 Fashion Week in New York and I noticed some pretty exciting trends that were sported on the runway for hair and makeup that I'm hoping will be sought-after for the year.
These are a few of my favorite looks for 2012 that are fun, cheap and easy to recreate:
