Despite Punxatawny Phil's rude six more weeks of winter warning, really America, Spring is right around the corner. And in honor of the warmer months to come we thought we would go ahead and get our spring fashion preview on, particularly for those of you bearing the brunt of the snow.

Days for spring dresses are right around the corner, promise.

THE BOYFRIEND LOOK

This year's Spring trends will include an overwhelming number of "boyfriend" items. If you have yet to hear the term, don't worry, you do not need a man to enjoy this type of fashion. The boyfriend fashion simply means uber-casual, ala something you stole from your boyfriend's closet. Think comfortable fit jeans with holes in them, relaxed fit tees and industrial-looking jackets.

We like the boyfriend jeans from Gap, American Eagle and Wet Seal. Prices range from $20 to $50. Shop armed with coupons, or hit up your Goodwill or other local thrift stores for this look as jeans styles seem to change as often as we change our underwear.

SPORTY, SPORTY

In following with the boyfriend look sporty is in. Those leggings you invested in for winter can be paired with all those boyfriend shirts and jackets. Just trade in your winter boots for a pair of color spring sneaks in a blooming color, and your nonchalantly ready to party, run errands, or go into the office on a casual Friday.

You really can't go wrong with a classic pair of Chucks in a feminine pink so you don't lose your girly side amongst the season's hot guy looks. Chucks shouldn't run more than about $30 bucks, and don't forget to check out our shoe coupons before you buy.

GIRLY GIRLY

If you are a girly girl, have no fear--the guyish trends are certainly not your only spring fling fashion options. The runways have been full of fun floral looks for spring and you can bet your bottom dollar there will be wearable spring looks for us non runway walkers as well. Check out these numbers from the H&M spring collection with even more wearable versions in stores now. If you can't pull off the heavily printed flower leggings there's sure to be a pretty spring flowery dress with your name on it out there somewhere.

FROM THE BEDROOM

If this Dolce and Gabana Spring 2010 collection isn't evidence enough, bedroom looks are in for spring, and you don't have to look like you just stepped out of the bedroom to pull it off. Check out my article on lingerie buying for some tips on making your indoor look work for the outside. A good rule of thumb for boudoir looks, is just wear one piece--e.g.; a corset or bustier top with a cardigan. And if you're looking for a couple of bustier tops that won't bust your bank, we like the spring looks at Forever21.
