Happy President’s Day! Were you lucky enough to have the day off, or are you stuck in the office like me?  Fortunately for you, this means I’ve spent the morning catching up on the best deal buzz on the web, and tidily placed it in one place. So grab an iced coffee, and your notepad, and let’s get to it!

It’s no secret that Black Friday and Cyber Monday mean steep discounts for most stores. While some people go to extreme lengths- camping out in front of doors as early as the day before- I’m not one for battling the crowds, so I tend to camp out at home the day after Thanksgiving. Typically, you’ll find me nursing the previous day’s food coma and battling my younger sister in a hours-long game of Monopoly. If you’re like me, and didn’t venture out, you may feel as if you missed the whirlwind of deals. You’ve probably noticed that some stores seem to have an ongoing sale (ahem, Kohls). Latching on to the myriad of major and minor holidays in the U.S. calendar, you wonder when there isn’t a sale. Answer? Exactly when you need _________ (fill in the blank with expensive item of choice).

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, President’s Day sales outweigh every other holiday but Labor Day.

‘Tis the month to stock up on all your transportation needs! Okay, scratch that. Exactly how many boats does one person need? If you are looking to buy a car, boat, or (a more economical) bicycle, then February is your month! Now is also the time to look into buying office furniture. You can check out our infographic to see the details of shopping during certain hours of the day.
