Welcome back to the home of all that is new and exciting in the world of tech and consumer electronics. This week, The Guy and Yasar Show takes a look at the just released Roxio Creator 2011.

The latest version of popular digital media suite from Roxio ups the ante this time around by embracing the magic that is 3D. You can now enhance your images and videos with and even view them on your television in stunning 3D as well. The new program even comes with a pair of "anaglyph" 3D glasses. This new edition to the Roxio creator suite basically allows you to edit your videos in 3D and to create 3D HD or standard DVDs that can be viewed either on your PC or HDTV. Images can also be converted from 2D into 3D. This is a great way to spice up old videos or stills, or to simply create new 3D masterpieces.

For the music and audiophiles out there, the new software allows you to create unique music mixes from your playlists. "Creator's beat matching feature will automatically synchronize the rhythm from song to song." New this year is the ability to access and share your audio remotely utilizing Roxio Streamer to draw files from your PC to any device wherever you may happen to be. The Sound Editor makes a beefed-up return, allowing you to utilize crossfades, transitions and audio mash-ups to put together distinct playlists.

The reviews and hands-on breakdowns are in and many, from PC Magazine to Techlicious so far have been raving about the loaded features in this new Creator 2011. These, as well as many others, are a good source for more in-depth breakdowns of the new Roxio features. As you all know, we here at The Show have a pretty good relationship with the fine folks at Roxio and they are sending us a copy of the new software to give away to one of you, our lucky readers. More on that at a later date. Unfortunately it didn't get here in time for us to dive in and get our own hands-on impressions. Watch the blog as we will likely run a follow-up feature soon throwing our own in-depth two cents into the mix.

Roxio is offering the usually $99.99 software suite for just $79.99 as an introductory price, with a $20 mail-in-rebate.
