It's our favorite time of year – National Coupon Month – Yay!  To celebrate the 14th annual National Coupon Month, the team at Savings.com has teamed up with our new sister site, Valpak.com, to unite top savings and couponing bloggers to coach consumers on thrifty new tips to save year-round.
