Looking for something special for the glasses-wearing, lightsaber-owning, Battlestar Galactica-loving person in your life? Look no further. I've rounded up five great gifts--three of them priced at $20 or less--for your favorite card-carrying geek.

Orb Music MP-1  (See image above)

A kind of poor-man's Sonos system, but no less awesome, the Orb Music MP-1 ($69) lets you listen to your entire music library on any stereo, boom box, or powered speakers in your home. The hockey-puck size gizmo streams music from your iTunes or other music collection, Pandora, Sirius Satellite Radio, and other sources. And you control the entire thing with a super-cool Android/iOS app.

App Magnets

What do you get for the iDevice owner who has everything--including a refrigerator? How about a set of App Magnets? Available from ThinkGeek for just $12.99, this set of 18 magnets will be instantly recognizable to anyone who's ever touched an iPod, iPad, or iPhone.

They're cute, clever, and a great conversation-starter.

iBottleOpener

Speaking of iPhones, the iBottleOpener might just be the ultimate case for one. It not only protects the phone from accidental drops, but also equips it with--you guessed it--a bottle opener. It's available for both the iPhone 3G/3GS and the iPhone 4, at a price of $19.95.

Virgin Mobile MiFi 2200
Virgin Mobile MiFi 2200

Okay, so the $149.99 MiFi 2200 stretches the definition of "cheap," but hear me out. This portable Wi-Fi hotspot delivers 3G Internet access to up to five nearby devices (laptop, tablet, iPad, etc.), but unlike its counterparts from Sprint and Verizon it's offered contract-free. What's more, you can pay for service as you need it, with access plans starting at just $10.

(Tip: Buy it from Walmart, where it's currently on sale for $139, to get a special $20/month option that's not available elsewhere.)

The hardware itself may not be cheap, but the overall package is definitely a lot cheaper than the competition's.

LaCie CooKey

Flash drives are often called "USB keys" because, well, they look and act like keys. The LaCie CooKey takes that notion to the next logical level: it really looks like a key, one that would be right at home on your keychain. And, in fact, that's where you're meant to store this handy little storage gizmo, which starts at $19.99 for the 4GB version.

(Interestingly, it also comes with 4GB of online storage from LaCie's Wuala service.)

What do you think of these holiday gift ideas?  Will one or more make their way into your favorite geek's stocking this year?
