eBay Fashion Vault: The Newest Online Designer Outlet Mall

This past week eBay launched a new fashion site, and fashion divas everywhere rejoiced. Seriously, us fashion-savvy ladies have long known eBay is a great resources for finding some original steals, but with its new site, fashion.ebay.com, now you can even be guided to great stuff by some famous stylists, and get super steals on high-end brands.

Here are some of the great features the new site has to offer.

• Logistically there is now a Fashion Tab right on eBay's home page which will give customers access to its Fashion Vault.
• Whenever you search from something you will now be directed to "More Like This" to help you find lots of options.
• You can shop a different brand each week that will be offered at a discount on the homepage of the store.
• If you're a Vintage junkie eBay has now organized Vintage into its own category on the front page of the vault.
• Narcisso Rodriguez and other designers in the future will be creating original collections for the site.
• There will be fashion-conscious and tip-worthy vlogs and blogs from celebrity stylists like Annabell Tollman and Britt Bardo who consult and dress for the likes of Scarlett Johansson, and Jessica Simpson. 

Now the question is, will shoppers make the change in thinking about eBay.com as an upscale outlet mall instead of just re-selling the unwanted items of others? According to the Associated Press, eBay sold 7 billion dollars of clothing last year alone. With its new outlet-like mall strategy do you think those numbers will go up?
