Happy April Fool’s!
Disclaimer: We do not actually deal in the overpriced-hovercraft industry (at least not currently).
I’m not sure about you, but my general motto today is to trust no one. Repeat: trust no one. It’s been April Fool’s Day on the East Coast for a few hours now, and our favorite tech companies are pulling out all the stops. Last year, Justin Beiber took over comedy site Funny or Die, and today Conan became the new CEO of Mashable, after he purchased the site for a mere $3500. Of course, leave it to Google to bring a bit of childhood nostalgia to us all. Google maps is now in 8-bit!
If you’ve visited our homepage today, you’ve likely played a game of “Which of these does not belong?” Hint: If you guessed the Travelocity deal, you’re wrong.
We hope we didn’t disappoint anyone who wanted to purchase an outrageously priced recreational hovercraft. For those who are curious, if you are in the market for a recreational hovercraft, it shouldn’t cost more than $30,000. If you are one of these people and you do purchase a hovercraft, please do the following:
1) Send us pictures
2) Tell us why on earth you need a hovercraft
3) Give me a ride on it.
Happy April Fool’s Day from the Savings.com community!
