Christmas is less than two weeks away and if you are still on the hunt for the perfect gift, I’ve compiled some ideas that are sure to bring a smile to anyone on your list. From the glam chick to the video game lover, read on to find the presents they really want.
Jordania recently wrote about five budget-friendly beauty gadgets which includes a Luster home teeth whitening kit for $39. Not bad considering Crest Whitestrips are usually over $45 a pack. If you’re looking for beauty stocking stuffers, check out her other post which lists all items under $10. I’m loving the Bliss hand and body cream ($8) to ward off that dry winter skin.
Got a foodie, chef or cook on your gift list? I read in a recent Huffington Post article that cooks do not want aprons, so make sure you cross that off your list. So, what should you get them? You can make your own gift basket or consider baking cookies and putting them into a paper bag decorated like Cookie Monster. Another good idea is to wrap a cookbook with dish towels and tie it all up with a ribbon topped off with a wooden spoon. Or make it easy and give them bread in a bottle. All you have to do is put all the necessary ingredients into a cute bottle and you’re good to go.
Seems like lately lots of people are becoming new parents. All new moms are sleep deprived and would probably be grateful for a few hours of good sleep. Charli wrote a post about gift ideas for new mothers which includes sending them a meal delivered straight to their door. Or how about a night off to relax with a bottle of wine? Heather breaks down the best wines within your budget, including a Rose for $12.99.
Is there a video game lover on your list? Guy shows us the top five video game must-haves which includes the popular Kinect. What if you have a electronics lover in your life? Well, that’s great because electronics continue to be hot holiday gifts with adults or children alike. A Kindle kills two birds with one stone. Good for bookworms and those who love gadgets. For the geek in your life, Rick Broida recommends the LaCie CooKey which is a nifty looking USB key that keeps your data secure. Starting at $29.99 for the 8GB version, this is something that’s cute and functional.
