Is Black Friday dead?
It wasn’t until 2003 that Black Friday became the busiest shopping day of the year and kept the momentum going in the years that followed.
Retailers would prepare in advance to sell a limited amount of popular items for heavily discounted prices in hopes that other products would sell. It was the one day that people would camp out, run over employees and get the deal of the century.
Over time, retailers started to open their doors earlier and earlier, prompting angry people when they opened on Thanksgiving day. Now, retailers are cutting to the chase and offering early-bird deals. So the question is, “Is Black Friday dead?”
Many people are echoing that Black Friday is Dead. Do you feel like Black Friday is no longer what it used to be? And, will you be waiting in lines on Black Friday or shopping online?
