Savings Secrets: Using a slow cooker to save time and money


If you’ve got a slow cooker, then you’ve got a sure fire way to save some money and time! One of my favorite things about using a slow cooker is that I can put the food in it in the morning, and have a scrumptious meal ready by dinner time. Minimal clean-up, minimal time spent in the kitchen and I can also save some money using my slow cooker.     I think slow cookers work best if you can buy the veggies cut up. Hubby bought one and my prep time was long because I had to dice, slice, debone, etc. Or have a food processor. That would help.
