If a member submits a coupon for a merchant that does not pay Savings.com a commission, we still treat this coupon like any other coupon on our site.

A: Instead of creating a forum where our users post traditional threads to talk about coupons, we created a simple search engine and category list so you can quickly and easily find exactly what you?re looking for. Our goal is to have Savings.com be the first and last place you look to find the best available coupons for whatever it is you?re looking for. You can type in what you?re looking for, browse categories or browse your favorite stores to quickly see the best coupons as rated by our member community.
Q: How do I use Savings.com?
A: At Savings.com we provide you with many different ways to save on products and services. You can browse coupons and deals from America's best retailers and brands by product category, recently added, or most popular. You can also use the Savings.com search tool to search for specific products or for specific stores. Once you find what you're looking for, all you have to do is click on the deal link, and you'll be taken directly to the stores' website to make your purchase.
Q: How do I invite a friend / why should I invite friends to join Savings.com?
A: Simply click on the "My Friends" tab and invite your friends. Once your friend is added, you can share favorite or useful coupons and deals with each other.
Q: How much does it cost to use Savings.com?
A: Nothing. Our service is completely free to use. Whether you are using a coupon you found through our site or you are purchasing a product from a retailer you found on our site, Savings.com will not charge you one penny. Our goal is to educate our users and members with unbiased information so that they may make an informed purchase decision. We will never ask for your credit card information or for any other type of payment information.
Q: Do the coupons have expiration dates?
A: Most coupons do have expiration dates. There are, however, occasions when an expiration date is not available. In these cases, we keep a close eye on the coupon to make sure it is taken off our site as soon as it expires. If you happen to find an expired deal or coupon on the site before we do, please report the problem using the "Problem?" drop down on the bottom of the deal.
Q: Do the coupons change often?
A: Yes, most store's coupons change frequently. Just like in-store sales and specials, online sales and coupons usually only last for a limited time. Our deal entry team works hard to keep the coupons and deals on our site updated, so be sure to stop back frequently so you can be sure you're staying informed on your favorite stores' most current special offers and sales.

A: If you do not get a confirmation email after you register to become a Savings.com member, please click the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page. A Savings.com team member will get back to you shortly to help remedy the problem.
Q: Who should I contact if there's been a problem with an order I placed?
A: Once you click a coupon on Savings.com and you're taken to a store's website to make a purchase, that order is out of our hands. If any problems (need rebate information, need to change your account information, etc.) arise with an order you made with a merchant that you found on Savings.com, please contact that store's customer care department directly, and they should be able to help you.

DEAL SUBMISSION
Q: The deal I submitted to Savings.com was marked as invalid, duplicate, or expired. Why?
A: All deals submitted by users on Savings.com are moderated by our Community Manager. Your deal will be assessed for validity and for quality, and if your deal is found to be in violation of our Community Guidelines in any way, we reserve the right to terminate your account without notice. If your deal was marked as expired, please submit your deal again, and be sure to choose the accurate expiration date on the deal submission form. If you do not choose an expiration date, our system will automatically expire your deal after one month.
