I have had such awful experience with AT&T over the years. I switched about 8 years ago to T-Mobile and haven't ever looked back. Their deals and phones may be good but if the service isn't up to par, there's no way I'd buy.

I do not invest that much cash in AT&T phones. The plans are always offered 1 cent which always are embedded cost and taxes per state. This is killing such a known GIANT. Where are the PR for AT&T. I guess using T-Mobile or, one of the other companys that will soon cause the stock to go down and the employees will remember the big downfall (INRON/ENRON) which for real made an impact on the BABY Boomers .
