AT&T has horrible customer service. In addition, their cell phone coverage is almost non-existent in my area (28210). I have sent complaints to the company but never get any response. My daughter even lost a job opportunity due to the fact that sometimes we receive texts or phone messages a week after they were entered into the system. As soon as I can move my family off AT&T I will!
