If you become a Barnes and Noble member you can pretty quickly get the cost of membership ($25) back by using the discounts available exclusively to members. These include in-store discounts and free express shipping online.

Most of your coupons are for specific products. And most of your specific coupons are for items I'm not interested in. I would prefer to see coupons for 'one regular priced item'. I might be more likely to come to your store in that case. Also, I really wish you didn't charge $25 per year for your rewards card. Borders used to give us our rewards card free. As I don't buy a lot of books, it wouldn't make any sense for me to spend that much for a rewards card. Thank you.

Why do you constantly discrimate against those Barnes and noble customers who WANT to use the actual stores!! Your coupons are usually on-line only. Remember what happened to Borders...you, too, could find all your stores closing.
