Hi 1121bool, sorry to hear you had trouble with that deal. I just tested it, and it worked for me. Did you add $80 worth of merchandise to your cart? For me, it showed my discount as soon as my cart hit $80. The discount should have applied as soon as you clicked the link - there's no code to enter.

They're my favorite! I get all my regular bath and beauty products for so much cheaper. I just orderedfavorite mousse from John Fried for about $4.50 and it was going to cost over $8 at my local CVS. Now they're giving free shipping on orders over $25, what a deal!

Hi there, which coupon were you trying to use? If you aren't seeing the deal pop up, you might need to disable pop-up blockers on your web browser. Here are some easy instructions for how to do so: http://1.usa.gov/aDFt2n
If the deal you want uses a coupon code (ex: "All Customers Save $5 on Orders of $40 or More uses a coupon code), make sure you're entering that code in the space provided at checkout.
If the deal doesn't use a code, it might be a tip or sale that only applies to select products.

I re did my whole order to get this stupid discount, and lost out on a important item, which was sold out after re-ordering everything! Then the coupon didn't even activate upon checkout. What a rip off.

Sorry for the confusion with these discounts. One thing that might help is that Drugstore.com often requires that you clear your cookies if you've been on the site more than once before these discounts can be activated at checkout.

i could not get the US$10 off code to work even though i had more than US$80 worth of items in there...has this code expired?
i was able to use it last time...
now, when i click on it, they just said that there is a special offer item in my cart...however, when there was nothing in my cart, they showed that message too

Just placed my order at Drugstore.com and clicked through my Activiate Coupon button to obtain my $10 off. My total came to over $100 and I expected to get my $10 plus free shipping at checkout. Did NOT happen. Not sure why I keep believing that these things will ever work. Won't use this site again.

Hi Sharontoner! I'm sorry you had trouble with the $10 off deal. I'd be glad to help you out with it. A couple of potential causes: did your cart contain at least $50 worth of merchandise? When I tested it, the deal applied as soon as my cart reached $50. Otherwise: when you clicked "activate coupon" "New Customers - Get $10 off $50+ Orders & Free Shipping" link, you should have been taken to Drugstore.com, and seen the text "this offer is now in your cart." Did you see that text? If not, try making sure you clicked "activate coupon" next to the deal. If you're still having trouble, just let me know and I'll try to help! I just tested it and I promise the deal is valid, and I definitely don't want you to feel mislead!
