How long until my Hatley order arrives?
The length of time your order takes to arrive will be dependent upon where it is being shipped to and the method you choose. Generally speaking, however, your order should not take more than 10 business days to arrive after shipping.
Can I return unwanted clothes?
Yes. If you do not want any of the items that you order from Hatley, you can return them within 40 days of the shipment date for a refund. If you bought the items online, you will have to return them via the online portal. If you buy them in-store, you will have to return them in-store.
