As one of the biggest and oldest discount chains, Kmart will hold a sale at the drop of a hat. Of course their biggest sales are always around Black Friday, Cyber Monday and all the way up to Christmas.
We typically have at least one sitewide discount code for Kmart for $5 off $45, $10 off $60 or 10% off your entire order. On top of those there are typically weekly sales on specific items, and/or product categories, and 15% or 20% discount codes off entire departments, like apparel. Typically these deals are good for buy online pick up at your local store as well.
Coupon Stacking: You can't stack a sitewide code with a product category code, but you can stack a sitewide or category code with a discounted sale price.
It is definitely better to shop online for Kmart, especially since you can shop online and pick up in store for many of their items at many of their stores.
I typically find that Kmart almost the lowest prices anywhere. If you can use the discount codes you almost always end up with a price as low as any other site on the internet. And if you are looking for the best buy online pick up in store, they are in the top 3 for most products, and one of the other 3 is Sears, which is the same store practically. So on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being “Don’t Shop Anywhere Else”) I would give them a 7 for just shopping online, and a 9 if you are looking for shop online pick up in store.

You'd be surprised at the kind of items Kmart offers. I bought a dining table set from them 4 years ago for about $300 and it's still in wonderful shape. I don't normally do clothes shopping here, but home decor, furniture, and those sorts of things are dirt cheap and carry awesome value.
