What is LilySilk's return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your LilySilk purchase for any reason, you can return it unwashed, unworn and in original condition for a refund within 30 days. Final sale, undergarments, and monogrammed items cannot be returned. You must request return authorization before sending any items back. Note that LIlySilk offers prepaid free shipping on your first return only. After a first return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
