I'm convinced that you can have the best furniture and the best decorator and still have a house that looks junky. I'm also convinced that you can have second-hand furniture and home decor items that were all purchased at Goodwill and have a fabulous looking house.
One of the best ways to make your home warm and inviting is to make sure it is clean and organized.
When our stuff is everywhere, our home looks less beautiful and it feels much less peaceful. This year, I've included "get more organized" in my list of resolutions. I've been looking for various organizational supplies and I thought I'd share some of my favorite places to find great home organization supplies like boxes, bins and shelving units.

Everyone loves getting beauty products as gifts--I know I do. With the holidays coming up, I also like to give them. But shopping for beauty gifts for your loved ones can be tough, especially if their taste tends to go towards the higher-end of things.

One thing I got out of watching the Royal Wedding on Friday was a major desire for a chic chapeau. Hats and fascinators are wedding attire must-haves in the UK, but over the past couple of seasons have started to become a trend in the US. After William and Kate's event this past week, I believe they will be more on trend than ever. Why let all the Brits have the millinery fun?
Here's your guide to hats, fascinators and fabulous fashionable millinery!

There's nothing like opening the door to a group of friends holding hostess gifts…not that I would throw a party just for that reason. I really wouldn't--but if I receive any of the gifts on the following list, I might consider it!

Parents often wonder where they can get a good bargain or two. Baby necessities can be quite costly and finding bargains is essential for the average household. While there are many sample sale sites focused on baby gear and
eBay which has a good section for baby products, there are other simple ways to score a bargain.
Buying locally makes it a lot easier for parents because it saves time and energy (
you can have the product the same day and you don't have the hassle of going to UPS or FedEx to return an item you don't want). Plus most parents don't have the luxury to wait days or weeks for baby essentials to arrive. When they discover they need a certain product, they pretty much need it immediately.
For instances like those and bargain-hunting in general, I've found four places where baby items can be easily found for discounted prices.
