This Adjustable Height Multi-Purpose Cart is easy to assemble and move with its ergonomically designed, easy to grip handle. The 16", 26", 34" and 42" height adjustment option makes this cart ideal for a variety of applications. Constructed from injection molded thermoplastic, this cart will not chip, warp, rust, crack or peel. This multi-purpose cart features silent roll casters that easily and quietly roll over various surfaces and includes a three outlet electrical strip with cord management wrap that is recessed for greater maneuverability. Ideal for use in schools, libraries, media centers, hotels and offices.

How many of you sit for 8 hours a day, slouched over at your desk while staring at the computer? Most of us who have office jobs don't really have a choice in that matter. I am one of those office workers that sits at her desk all day long. However, I do try to move and walk around every 20 minutes or so.
