I prefer to go to my local CVS, or RiteAid and do it myself for a few dollars. If you want a professional's touch on color and exposure I would go to what used to be your local higher end camera/photo place and I'm sure they have real high quality printing and expert retouching available.

If you're talking about one single 8x10 print, by far the cheapest place to do this will be at home on your printer (if you have photo printing paper). Saves you time and gas, etc. Now if you don't have a decent printer (most nowadays are fine for this) and don't want to drive anywhere (local FedEx Kinko's Office location is a safe bet), you should go to Kodak Easyshare Gallery and upload the file for printing, Snapfish, Fuji...there is an endless number of sites that will print and mail you your photo. I suggest entering "photo printing" in the Savings.com search box to find the latest deals. They change a lot, and many are for multiple prints.

If you are a Costco member, they offer 8x10 prints for $1.49 and you can upload the photo from your computer and it will be ready to pick up at the store in about an hour.

If you don't need it right away, you should keep an eye on the Walgreen's photo website. Several times in the past few months they have had offers for a free 8x10 that you can pick up in store. I'm sure there will be another one coming soon.

Walgreens constantly has sales for their photo department. You can just upload them from your PC and they will print them. Just join their photo club and they will e-mail you codes often.
