You can find green sea glass for $2.41 a pound from Acmoore. Most arts and crafts stores (as well as Amazon and ebay) do carry sea glass in bulk, but remember that this is all the man-made stuff. If you're looking for the real thing, then I'm afraid the beach is your best and most cost-effective bet. For the best array of gorgeous synthetic sea glass online though, try Etsy - they've got tons!
