Where can I buy beads in bulk fairly inexpensively to make jewelry with?

If you're just starting out, I'd recommend checking out Joann.com or Michael's craft stores for bulk beads. They both offer monthly and weekly coupons. Michael's has restrictions on the types of products that are valid for coupons though, so read the find print. I'd also suggest checking out etsy under the 'supplies': http://www.etsy.com/search_results.php?s…. You can also refine your search for 'glass', etc. Some sellers offer de-stash beads that are sold in a group of colors/materials. riogrande.com, http://www.beadaholique.com, firemountaingems.com are some other online stores that sell beads. Another great option is to find out when jewelry, bead and craft fairs are being held in your area and you can often negotiate the prices for bulk purchase with some sellers.

I saw a lot on the Overstock.com website when I was looking for some inexpensive jewelry.

I find both JoAnn's and Michaels to be expensive and limited. I have much better luck on e-bay or amazon.

I can't say I know much about craft, so I can't recommend any specialists, but if you're looking for Wholesalers in anything, then you might want to take a look at Alibaba. I know there's a craft section on there, although I've not used it myself.
