What's the best price for snow chains?

Also can I return them if I don't use them on my trip?

Typically, no you can't return them, even if you don't use them. They are like swimsuits and underwear, once you leave the store you own them. That being said, you can usually get used sets cheap, but do you really want to spend the time searching Craigslist and Ebay for a set in the right size for your car. Then discover they don't fit because they were mislabeled, or maybe you only have enough for 3 wheels? Just visit your local auto parts store and they should have a set in a plastic carrying case in just the right size.
