International shipping will vary store to store. When you arrive on the specific site from which you will purchase, you can look for their shipping terms.

Depends where you are. Most large department stores will ship internationally. Smaller unique boutique shops however may not.

Yeah, I'd say it's probably below 50% of stores who ship internationally. And for those that do, expect a much higher shipping fee. Factor this in when deciding if it's worth buying the product internationally.
