That is actually a very hot topic. There doesn't seem to be an industry wide concensus that it is wrong to swap coupons. Legal action can be taken against people who sell them or create them, but so far to my knowledge no attempt has been made to punish anyone who swaps.

Yep! Under the coupons on Savings.com, you should see a "Share" button, which gives you a link to send to others.
