I've never had any problems with coverage, and customer service has been very reliable. I have had to reset some of my text message settings a couple times because my texts weren't sending, but resetting has always worked right away, so it's not a huge problem. Plus, I like that there are no contracts with VM. |

That code can only be redeemed 100 times a year, and you won't know if the code works until you buy at least $20 worth of credit from Virgin Mobile. Since you may or may not get those 60 minutes of free talk time, I'd suggest not trying the OP's Kickback number unless you plan to spend $20 or more at Virgin Mobile anyway. |
