I'm looking to get a new credit card, and I want one with a very low interest rate, no annual fee, etc. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Go to http://www.creditcards.com/ and browse pretty much every credit card available in the country. One of the categories is "Low Interest Credit Cards" and they all disclose the annual fee right there. Many of them are both low interest and no-fee, i.e. the Citi Platinum Select Mastercard which offers 0% introductory APR on an 18 month balance transfer period with no annual fee and you don't even need perfect credit.
