What's the lowest gas price in your area?

What station has the best gas price you've found in your neighborhood, and how did you find out about it? I'll start: I use http://www.fuelmyroute.com to find the lowest gas prices along a given route (and I highly recommend that site!) For me, the best gas price is $3.69/ gallon (for regular) at United Oil Rapid #78, 9815 National Blvd, Los Angeles. 90034.
