I guess it depends on what you want to do with it, but I always personally prefer Dells to most anything else. :) They are just cheap, reliable, and their tech support has always been helpful for me. Dell has some really cool Minis now that are "bundled" and include things like travel GPS automatically for a bit of an extra charge. Their minis start at around $279 and go up in price depending if you add to the models.

I second snarkydeals...Acer is cheap, steer clear if possible!
