Cannot print coupons

Hi. Is anyone else having the same problem? I'm trying to print coupons and after I make my selection it tells me I have to add to cart. Therefore, I'm unable to print any. :-(

Hey there! I'm sorry for the trouble! Which coupons are you trying to print? The first thing I would do is to try in a different browser. But do let me know what coupons you're trying to use, and I'll see if there appear to be any specific issues with them!

Hi. I'm not able to print any of them. I just tried it again and the same issue. After I make my selection to print coupons, a box comes up asking me to "please add a coupon to my cart." What cart? Thanks for any help. :)

Hmm! Are you trying to print coupons from this tab?: http://www.savings.com/grocery.html

If so, which browser are you using? I just tried it in Firefox, and it worked ok for me!

Try this:

1) switch to a different browser, and see if it works in there

2) if that doesn't work, try clearing your cookies (to do this in most browsers, click "history," then "show all history," and then there should be an option that says "clear cookies" or something similar).

Let me know if these work for you! If they don't, I'll have our tech team look into it! :)
