Hi there,
I do really love Etsy as a first stop for any jewelry shopping because you know you'll be getting a unique piece. Here's a glimpse at some of their sterling silver options:
http://www.etsy.com/search_results.php?s…
For some more traditional pieces, checkout My Jewelry Box where you can save 20% on your order. Anjolee is also currently offering 5% off any order.
There's an easy old test to check the quality of your silver. Silver plated brass, Nickel Silver or low quality silver alloys will turn green when a drop of Nitric acid is applied. Sterling will turn a creamy color. When testing suspect goods a small file can be used to cut through any plating or lacquer in an unobtrusive part of the item.
Most sites have a return policy. Just make sure to read it before your purchase, and happy shopping!

Hi Kate,
I pretty much always check out Etsy when I am looking for unique crafty stuff like jewelry or anything with a vintage feel.
Here are some nice options on Etsy for under $50.

I also found this gem of a site with more affordable prices:

Indochino has some nice options. Their motto: "we suit anyone." They always offer free shipping on their orders. You can also go the department store route. Kohl's carries high-end brands, and right now you can save 10% on your entire order.
Finally, there's always the old stand-by of men's warehouse. Right now, if you buy one designer suit at men's warehouse, you can get one free.
Good luck in your shopping, and pretty soon I imagine you will be looking quite sharp in a 3-piece.

Hi there, Automotive Freaks has some good consumer recommendations:
http://www.automotive-freaks.com/general…
Snap-On seems to be named repeatedly as an industry standard, but can be pretty pricey. If consumer grade tools work for you, there's Craftsman and Matco.
As far as snagging some good deals on top-rated tools Ebay is not a bad way to go. You can bid on both new and used on all the top name brands including Snap-On, Matco, Craftsman, Dewalt, and more.

I also dig the Target collection. If you shop online, save $5 on $50 or more. I hope you take your new floppy hat to the beach as much as your heart desires this summer. Here's a link directly to the Target hats: http://www.target.com/Fashion-Hats-Handb…

Make sure you check the merchant return policy. Many merchants offer free shipping and returns to encourage online shopping, but you never know, so be sure to read the fine print.
Get a friend to take your measurements. Many websites provide all measurements of their clothes including arm length, inseam, chest, waist, etc. If you know your measurements and the measurements of the garments are provided, you should know what you're getting.
Maybe go ahead and consider buying more than one item--this often may qualify you for a discount, or at the very least you only have to pay for shipping once.
Happy shopping.

I feel you. I love shoes too, and sometimes shop at Payless to affordably feed my shoe addiction (don't tell anyone). Do you know about Hautelook? You have to register to search their sales, but it's worth it: http://www.hautelook.com/campaigns/shoes…
Additionally OohILove hosts auctions on all designer labels: http://www.oohilove.com/?gclid=CMjU6aerp…
Blue Fly is also a good place to check on for their regular sales. Currently they've got some Prada shoes listed at 20% off, and they usually rotated label brand sales regularly: http://www.bluefly.com
Happy searching for those shoes that look and feel oh so good!
