Bob Formisano is a licensed architect and builder and has over 25 years experience in home renovation, architectural design and construction. He is also a Home Repair Guide (author) for the Home & Garden Channel of About.com, a part of the New York Times Company. His website has fun, informative articles and tutorials on home repair and renovation. In 2004 he also founded and launched Home-Cost.com, a website providing on-line new home building construction cost estimating. Bob is the patent holder for the estimating software used in Home-Cost.com which allows consumers, architects and builders to accurately estimate the construction cost of any new home design.
