Once you have a 24 Hour Fitness membership, you can also decide to purchase personal training sessions at your local fitness club. Just choose a trainer online, or book at your local club. Once you’ve purchased an online personal training package, one of your club’s Team Members will call you within the next few days to help you schedule an appointment. You can also schedule an appointment quicker by calling your local club directly or by making the appointment at your fitness club. Personal training sessions must be used within six months of purchase, and if you have to cancel, remember to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Cardless check-in is the fastest and easiest way to check in at your local fitness club. Just ask a Team Member at the front desk to enroll you. You’ll choose a 10-digit check-in code (usually your phone number), and then take scans of both your left and right index fingers. Next time you come to work out, you can just use your code and scan your finger and you’ll be ready to go! No more forgetting your card at home and being left out.
Use the 24 Hour Fitness 3-Day Free Gym Pass to try working out at 24 Hour Fitness for three days, absolutely free! 24 Hour Fitness offers many different memberships at many different price points. Generally, there's a $49.99 annual fee, then a monthly fee, as well as potentially a one-time initiation fee for certain packages. There are also different types of clubs; you can opt to purchase a membership for one type of club, such as Express, Super-Sport, or Ultra-Sport, or purchase an all-club pack that allows you access to every type of 24 Hour Fitness club. You may also be able to secure a lower monthly rate by committing to a yearlong subscription. You won’t pay the whole price today, but you'll commit to pay monthly for the next 12 months. Find your local club to see what options are available.
24 Hour Fitness understands that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances arise. You can put a temporary freeze on your membership if you’re affected by a temporary medical situation where you’re unable to use the club, or if you’re transferred more than 25 miles from a 24 Hour Fitness facility by work, volunteer work, or military service. If you’d like to take advantage of this option, just contact Member Services. If none of these options apply to you specifically, but you still have a reason that you'll be unable to attend 24 Hour Fitness for a certain period, contact Member Services anyway to discuss your specific situation and see if someone can help you.
