Follow these troubleshooting steps below.

  • To choose or to change your default printer on Mac:
  • 1. System Preferences
  • 2. Printers
  • 3. Select your default printer from the dropdown
  • To choose or change your default printer on a PC:
  • 1. Control Panel
  • 2. Printers
  • 3. Right click on Default Printer
  • 4. Choose Properties
  • 5. Advanced Tab

B) Be sure you have downloaded the coupon printer plugin from Hopster.

C) Double check to make sure your printer is on and that it has plenty of paper and ink.

  • – To cut down on ink usage, set your printer settings to “Draft” quality. The quality won’t be as good, but you’ll use far less ink. Setting the quality to “Draft” also makes your printer print in black and white.
  • – Stores accept coupons printed in both b&w and color, so either is fine.
