How long will it take for my Bloomscape plants to arrive?
Indoor plants and care items leave the warehouse within two to three days after purchase. With standard shipping, you can expect your plant to arrive three to seven days after it leaves the warehouse. Expedited shipping should arrive within two to three days.
Can I use multiple coupons on a single Bloomscape order?
No. Bloomscape only allows one coupon to be used per order, and they cannot be combined with other promotions or sales.
Can I return a plant if it doesn't meet my expectations?
Bloomscape offers a 30-day guarantee on all their plants. If your plant arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can contact their customer service within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Note that repotting your plant in the first 30 days voids the return policy.
Does Bloomscape offer a loyalty or rewards program?
