Each box will include four to five grilling and BBQ products. These items will vary month to month and typically include a combination of marinades, BBQ sauces, dry rubs, hot sauces, and a few other surprises, such as meat claws.

Grill Masters Club boxes normally ship between the seventh and ninth of each month, and arrive within three to eight days from the day tracking information is generated. However, if you order after 7 p.m. ET on the fourth of each month, your box will ship the following month, so subscribe early!

If you receive a damaged shipment, email support@grillmastersclub.com with pictures of the inside and outside of the box exactly as it arrived before you throw out any of the damaged products.

Grill Masters Club accepts cancellations requests on subscriptions, but if you’d like a refund for unshipped boxes, you will need to contact them directly at support@grillmastersclub.com to request a refund. Log in to your account in order to cancel any active subscriptions.

Yes. Grill Masters Club gift subscriptions follow the same process as subscribing for yourself. If you would rather try it once, purchase a non-renewing Grill Masters Club subscription instead.
