Last week, I spent some time in the Sierra Nevada Mountains staring deep into the crystal blue eyes of Silver Lake, Lake Tahoe and the Truckee River. I don't mean just a leisurely glance, I mean full-on staring. If nature were an actual person, my behavior would be considered intrusive and rude. Thankfully, nature is an exhibitionist and stalker-staring is considered the norm.
Now that I'm home, I find I still have the need to stare at bodies of blue water to fuel my continuing peace and tranquility. Unfortunately, a bathtub full of blue sudsy bubble bath just isn't cutting it. Thus the intense mission to locate a fountain for the patio, stat!
