In 1958, a video game named Higinbotham's Tennis for Two was created. Then later in 1962, Spacewar was invented which was hailed as the very first computer video game in history. In 1972, Magnavox Odyssey was developed as the very first video game console for the home. A man by the name of Ralph Baer is credited to have created the first home video game console.
