How does Clatterans ship my filters?

Clatterans offers free standard shipping on all orders to the 48 continental United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will have shipping fees calculated at checkout. If you’re interested in getting your filters more quickly than the standard shipping length, you can upgrade to expedited options, which will be shown to you at checkout, depending upon which you’re currently eligible for. All general orders placed before 4pm CST on business days will ship the same day; orders placed after 4pm CST will be shipped the next day. Expedited orders must be placed before 1pm CST to be shipped the same day. Shipping times only include business days.

Can I return Clatterans filters?

You can return any unused Clatterans filters within 30 days of receiving them. All items must be accompanied by their original packaging. To receive return authorization, you can either directly email customer service or fill out the returns form on the website with your name, order number, refrigerator brand and model, and reason for returning the product. Once the return package is received, Clatterans will issue a credit back to the original method of payment within 14 days. If you want to return an item because it’s damaged, contact Clatterans right away, so you can have the shipment resent. Orders cannot be canceled once they’ve been sent out; if you need to cancel your shipment, contact Clatterans as soon as possible to see whether the order has been sent out. You can also refuse the delivery to return the order to Clatterans and receive a credit for the item.
