  • What does “Get Deal” mean?

    Offers with an “Get Deal” button do not require a coupon code in order to receive the
    savings. These offers are sale alerts to let you know that you can find discounted prices already marked
    on the store’s website. In most cases, no additional discount will appear during the checkout process.
    Simply click the blue “Get Deal” button on Savings.com and you’ll be taken to the store’s website where
    you can do your shopping.
  • How much do you charge to use Savings.com?

    Savings.com is a 100% free service. We NEVER collect bank account, credit card, or any
    other sort of payment information from anyone that uses our site or who registers to be a member.
  • Are you sure? Because someone charged my credit card, and I’m pretty sure it’s you!

    Positive! Please review your credit card statement carefully to verify the exact name
    of the company that’s charging you. Contact their customer care department directly, and they should be
    able to help you remedy this situation.
  • I love your site! Can we advertise with you?

    We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the savings! Unfortunately, at this time all of our
    ad space is reserved for internal campaigns and for specially negotiated campaigns with our merchant
    partners.
  • I’m confused. How exactly does Savings.com work?

    We aggregate coupon codes, sale alerts, and other offers so you can find them all in one place. While
    browsing our site, you’ll see three different types of offers…

    Get Code – Offers with a “Get Code” button require a coupon code to receive the
    savings. Click the “Get Code” button, and a pop up will appear on the left side of your screen with the
    coupon code you need on it. Once you’ve got the item(s) you’re purchasing in your cart, copy the code
    from our pop up and paste it into the Coupon Code or Promotional Code box on the store’s website.

    Get Deal – Offers with an “Get Deal” button do not require a coupon code in order to
    receive the savings. These offers are sale alerts to let you know that you can find discounted prices
    already marked on the store’s website. In most cases, no additional discount will appear during the
    checkout process. Simply click the “Get Deal” button on Savings.com and you’ll be taken to the store’s
    website where you can do your shopping.

    Print Coupon – Offers with a “Print Coupon” button require that you print a coupon
    and take it into a physical store location to receive the savings. There aren’t many of these offers on
    Savings.com, but they surface occasionally.

  • Help! I can’t remember my password to login!

    It happens to the best of us. Have your password emailed to you here.
  • I signed up for your newsletter to get a discount, but I never got the coupon!

    You need to sign up for the store’s email to receive the coupon, not the Savings.com newsletter. If you’ve
    followed all the steps given by the store to sign up for their email list, and you haven’t yet received your
    coupon, please contact their customer care department directly, and they should be able to resend your
    discount. If you mistakenly signed up for the Savings.com newsletter and would like to unsubscribe, simply
    click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the last newsletter you received from us. Alternatively, reply
    to the last newsletter you received from us with “Unsubscribe” written in the body of the email.

  • What are Savings.com Rewards?

    Savings.com Rewards is a program that gives Savings.com account holders the ability to earn rewards when shopping on qualified retailer sites.

    Savings.com is known for offering deals through discount codes, tips, and other offers to use on orders from your favorite retailers. Rewards allow you to receive a rebate or cash back on top of those savings when you sign up for a Savings.com account, activate a Savings.com Reward and make a qualifying purchase from the specified retailer.

    Rewards are paid out via PayPal after the retailer confirms the qualifying purchase.

  • How do I get a Reward?

    1. Click on the “Activate Reward” button on the Reward you’re interested in.
    2. Create a free Savings.com account in the popup. If you have an account already, you’ll be prompted to log in.
    3. Click through to the retailer from a Savings.com link and shop as usual*. All you need to do now is make sure your order meets the conditions specific to that Reward. (e.g. spending the minimum for the rebate pre-tax and discounts, etc.)
    4. You can check your Reward status in the Rewards hub in your Account.
    5. After the retailer confirms your qualifying purchase, your Reward will be paid out via PayPal.

    *To earn Rewards, you must enable third-party cookies in your browser and must not be using an ad blocker or other software that blocks cookies. You should complete your purchase in a single browsing session without leaving the retailer’s site or using additional browser extensions.

  • Do I need a Savings.com account to use Rewards?

    Yes, without a Savings.com account we would have no way of storing your Reward information and no way of issuing your Reward.

    Creating a Savings.com account is completely free.

  • Where do I see my Rewards?

    After you create a Savings.com account and activate a Reward, you will be able to see your Reward history and status in the Rewards hub in your Account. For Cash Back, you will need to make a qualifying purchase before it will appear in your Rewards hub.
  • What does it mean if my Rebate Reward is activated?

    Once you sign in or sign up, click on a Rebate offer,then proceed through a Savings.com (or Savings.com Partner) link to the retailer, the Rebate becomes assigned to your account as activated.

    Until you’ve made a purchase that meets the following criteria, your Rebate will stay in the activated stage:

    • Your purchase was made before the Rebate end date.
    • Your purchase met the minimum order value before taxes, fees, shipping, gift wrapping, discounts, credits, or excluded items (specified in the Reward Terms) in a single order.

    For example, if the Rebate is ‘Get a $10 rebate when you spend $50 at Macy’s’ at the activated stage, you need to spend $50 before the specified Rebate end date in order to qualify for the Rebate.

    When we receive transaction data about a qualifying purchase from the retailer, your Reward state will display as pending. Retailer transaction reporting time varies from as little as 24 hours to as long as 60 days. It depends on the retailer, but on average it takes five to seven business days.

  • What does it mean if my Reward is pending?

    Once you’ve completed your purchase and we get confirmation of your order from the retailer, your Reward will be pending. This means we received information from the retailer that you completed a purchase that qualified for the Reward.

    Your Reward will remain in this state until the verification period has passed, at which point we determine whether your purchase still qualifies for the Reward. For a Rebate, if you make a return while your Reward is pending that brings the value of your order below the threshold, you won’t receive the Reward. The verification period can vary by retailer and Reward. On average, our Reward verification period is 55 days from the last date you are able to make a purchase. Check the individual Reward terms for details on expected payout date.

  • What does it mean if my Reward is paid?

    Congratulations! This means your Reward payment was issued! Savings.com Reward payments are issued via PayPal. You will be sent an email from Savings.com (as well as one from PayPal) letting you know you’ve received your payment.
  • What if I don’t connect a PayPal account to my Savings.com account?

    You must connect a PayPal account to your Savings.com account or provide any other requested contact information within 120 days from activating the Reward to receive payment. After the 120 day period, any applicable Savings.com Reward earning balance will be invalid.

  • I made a purchase but my Reward isn’t shown as pending, what should I do?

    Once we’ve tracked a purchase, we let you know by sending an email to confirm that your Reward is pending. If you haven’t received an email in a couple of days, contact our team at rewards@savings.com and let us know what happened. We will try to fix the issue as soon as possible!
  • What do I do if I have an issue with my purchase?

    Contact the retailer that you made the purchase from directly. Savings.com is not responsible for the product, transaction, or fulfillment of any orders you place on our retail partner websites.
  • How long will it take to get my Reward?

    Savings.com Rewards earnings are paid on or before the tenth day of the calendar month following the month in which the applicable qualified purchase transactions are approved and the $5 minimum payment minimum amount is met.
  • Why didn’t I get my Reward?

    There are a few reasons you may not receive a Reward:

    • Your purchase wasn’t eligible. This may be because you purchased items excluded from the Reward terms (e.g. gift cards), or didn’t meet the minimum order value before taxes, fees, shipping, gift wrapping, discounts or credits in a single order.
    • You made a return or exchange that dropped the order total below the spend threshold for the order.
    • You didn’t sign in to your Savings.com account and/or activate the Reward before making your purchase.
    • Too much time elapsed between your click from Savings.com to the retailer, you clicked another link from an online ad, offer, email, browser extension or shopping tool to the retailer.
    • Third-party cookies were disabled in your browser, or a browser plug-in, ad blocker, virus, malware, or other interference blocked tracking.
    • You didn’t connect your PayPal account within the allowed 120 day time frame.
