I been flying AA for quite sometime now but last July 27, 2012 was something different cause the personel that deals with me from Salt Lake City, Utah was not as friendly as most of the other in the counter. I was trying to change my ticket to a different location where he blurted right away that youpay the penalty plus the difference which I totally understand. The way he said the words was a little bit upsetting. Anyway, I didn't pursue, rather went to another carrier. Thats the end of it.
