Disappointed; I agree with you- the same thing happened to me this past Saturday- I too called the customer number for assistance and was told the same thing-
I then called the Sears store- and was told by a customer representative named Jody- that she would honor the discount, if I came into the store to re-do the purchase- which I did- of course once in the store Jody indicated she did not agree to honor the discount- which now, I see why Sears is having major issues with their stores closing- there is no legitmacy in the business of the customer anymore- disgruntled customer.

I tried to use the savings.com "coupon" for an online Sears purchase, which I'm going to pick up at a Sears store to avoid shipping charges. Although I clicked on the "Extra 5-15% off almost everything, expires tomorrow" button (i.e., offer expires March 14, today is the 13th) and get told "your offer is activated." Unfortunately, the Sears website knows nothing about this, and only responds to the entry a valid "discount code" at the time of checkout. Net result? No discount for me, so I don't really find the time I spent messing around with the savings.com website to have been of any value--other than elevating my blood pressure, and increasing my stomach acid levels.

Hi eileenkoral, there are a few deals that include free shipping, but none that are for free shipping only. There's a $10 off plus free shipping on orders of $40 or more, and a 15% off + free shipping on any order if you're using a Sears credit card. I'm not sure what you're looking to buy, but there's also a 20% off + free shipping on shoes.

I don't think they will give you cash back, but they do replace the item with a brand new one.
I've replaced 3 pairs of shoes already for my kids.
If the model is no longer available, they will match it with closest one.
The only thing to note is that it must be the same size.

When I went into the stores, they have a program where all kids clothes have a lifetime warranty, so if something happens to it, you can always bring it in and get your money back or exchange it. Does anyone know where to find that link or information because it's really a great offer!!
