Sephora sells everything at retail price unless it's on clearance. Their promotional items are puny in comparison to the ones at beauty.com and their %-off coupons are for Sephora brand items. However, they had several pages on their web site about how to wear bright orange makeup when Pantone announced tangerine tango was THE 2012 spring-summer color. Ulta.com has lower-to-medium price drugstore brands plus its own brand of cosmetics. They don't have very good deals unless you need to buy 4 bottles of shampoo at one time.
