Wow. The comment before mine is alarming, but I always question if things like that are true. I mean, how would you know all those things about a company. Did someone on the inside tell you?
I Just bought the new HTC Radar from Wirefly. I got free activation and saved a ton. Tmobile wanted to change me $150 for the phone then have me fill out a $50 rebate AND they were going to charge me an activation fee. Wirefly was $50 without any rebates. When I asked about it on the phone, the sales person said that none of the phones on Wirefly have rebates.
Anyway, so far so good. Saved $100 on the phone and a $35 activation fee. Waiting for my shipping notice to come through. I'll keep you posted.

I strongly advise against doing business with this company. They've filed for bankruptcy and they engage in some very shady practices. One of which is that they submit and collect the rebate offers they advertise. Knowing that the vast majority of consumer either forget or incorrectly apply for rebates, they collect the rebates themselves. Prior to their bankruptcy, they used to handle the rebate payout to the customer themselves after the customer was denied by the manufacturer because Wirefly had already collected the rebate. But now the customer is SOL if they purchased a phone thinking they'd recoup the rebate.
